SUMMARY:2005 Marathons - Our Runners
DESCRIPTION:Well 2005 proved a very productive year for our Marathon Runner's. We had Runners in both the London & Edinburgh Marathons and their combined sponsorship reached over £ 7,000.00 not bad for three girls and two lads.      Lucero, Maxine & Rhys all completed the London & Michelle & Richard completed the Edinburgh.  I know that they all overcame personal goals both in their training week after week through those long winter months and mile after mile on the day.  The personal commitment required to train and complete any marathon is beyond many of us, myself included, so I know I speak for everyone on the Clowns team when I say a very special Thank You to our marathon runners.  Without their commitment, support, and fund raising we would not have been able to help so many families, bring so many smiles to children's faces & donate to research.
