We are thrilled that The Westcombe Society has chosen Clowns in the Sky as their Charity of the year. The group have already started to raise important funds for Clowns by holding a table top sale, and now their 'MAIN EVENT' a Dickensian Bazaar being held on two floors of Blackheath High School for Girls in Vanbrugh Park SE3 on Saturday 20th November with doors opening at 11.30am.

Please come along and enjoy the many stalls offering wonderful Christmas fayre, enjoy the wonderful atmosphere and you may even bump into a big red jolly fellow!

Clowns will be holding an information stand and business card prize draw so please bring your business cards along. This is also a chance to come along and see what we are all about, and how you can get involved.

Look forward to seeing you all on the day and once again a very big thank you to all at The Westcombe Society.

Team of four complete first Triathlon

Claire says of her first triathlon
“This started as a leg each idea that has now ended in the four of us deciding to complete the whole thing!!
We have been training hard, learning to swim, cycle and run and in some cases all three. We have no decent equipment, the wrong bikes and have never done a transition!!”
A Special Thank you to Claire Evenden, Luke Babinet, Ashley Sargeant & Nick Read for completing your first Triathlon on 27.06.10 and raising a fantastic amount of £542.50 in support of the work we do at Clowns in the Sky.
You have now of course inspired Richard to attempt the same, not content with running marathons and completing in his first London to Brighton bike ride this year. He now aims to compete in his first triathlon in 2011. Please follow his progress, from purchasing his wetsuit, which is not a good look, to his first open water swim…
I hope you guys will join him in 2011 to make a team of five!
