Hi everyone welcome to my journey. I can now say it's officially begun. Monday 19th July 2010; I am now the owner of a slick sexy black number called "foor". Picture to follow tomorrow guaranteed to brighten your day. Watch this space.

Ok as promised - please meet "foor" my new wetsuit and very close companion. So now all I have to do is get  my safety pass so I can get in the lake ! wish me luck !!!

    Richard,

The blog has only just been set up and you are trying to scare people away!

Only kidding, well done with the London to Brighton, and all your previous hard work and now setting yourself another challenge.

I'm sure once I get it organised you'll join me on those hot coals.

See you on the 8th August.

    Donna

Aren't you supposed to have flippers and goggles to match ?? You should have put it on to wash the car - I was going to pull up and ask you to do mine too but thought the reply might be a bit ******. Love you really, Wendy

You look amazingly fit these days - I'm so impressed. We do need to meet up with you for training plans. I've decided after the marathon my next challenge is a triatholon so will be really interested in how you get on.
    LOL Sid xxx
